Vodacom network issues - H/H+ modem handshaking

Cool man.
Thanks very much for all your help, I'm definitely better off now than what i was yesterday.

my Samsung S6 edge has the same issue
H++ works perfect
H and the network does nothing

Is it the network or my phone?
