Is anyone else experiencing problems accessing their voicemail on Vodacom?
Since last night I am only getting three short beep tones and then the call gets dropped every time I call my voicemail on 121.
When I phoned Vodacom's customer care, they told me that nobody will be able to access their voicemail as the "platform is down."
It is now almost 24 hours later and it is still doing this. It would be very strange if the entire Vodacom user base is still sitting without access to their voicemail facilities and don't complain about it.
The Vodacom4me Website is also very slow and is not responding with the account details when asked to.
