It seems like the SmartUP is much better. 28c off peak to vodacom. now that is cheap. it almost sounds too good 2 be true. wonder if it is per second billing

well it is since it can be loaded on 4U. it sucks if you have to change number. makes me wish it was on VSP and not on smartcall. also it seems like they wont allow airtime transfer which is crap...
everyone says its too good to be true..oh well.i got a voucher for making calls and when i loaded it i got R270 credit immediately. its fully guaranteed so i dont see the problem
