It's not quiet at all. There's a very noticeable hum.

It's difucult to say as I also have fan's over my memmory and run a water-cooling setup for the GPU and Chipset. OK if one compare to a decent fridge it's load.....

Do a Google search on Vapochill to get more specs.
 
i decided to buy the stuff and went to site called frozencpu and chose the ff:
koolance exos 2
two swiftech mcw55 blocks
storm apogee from swiftech and a koolance 30w block for the nb ...
they ship to sa .. the total comes to $638 with shipping... damn that is very expensive for water cooling ... over R4000! just for cooling .. local guys are even more expensive .... though they dont stock swiftech

When it gets here Customs are going to charge you a pretty packet on top of that. 25% I think, thats 1k more
