What VPin where?

I want to create a MyVZone account with Virgin Mobile, but I need a "VPin" to register. I phoned the Sort Me Out Centre to ask where I should find this "VPin" and was informed that I should have received one when I bought my SIM, and that it's printed on my personal details sheet. I don't see one anywhere, though. Can anyone help me, please?
 
They talking kuk again, they told me the same thing.

Then the chick at the call centre gave me one, just phone them again, and ask for a vpin.
 
Thanks will do that... eventually. When I'm not feeling this irritated.
 
Can you get a Vpin on the Virgin Mobile V0 (PAYG) price plan as well?

At the moment you'll only get your vpin when you register your details to buy airtime by Credit Card. Mine's working fine. There's really no other way at the moment. I hope this is the last post on this thread. I was also promissed that i'll receive an SMS.
