WhatsApp Web Laggy AF

Since yesterday after the weekend, WhatsApp Web on Chrome and Edge is laggy AF when you scroll up a conversation. I have checked with multiple users and all are experiencing the same issue.

Anyone found a fix?

Works fine on Firefox

No fix tried it on Firefox and Brave same issues. Seems to be a Meta issue.
