i have been a customer of virgin mobile since they started up in S.A. and every month i battle to get my Vrewards out of them. When trying to check your vrewards balance you get the same result everytime "R52,63" whether you have spent R200 or over a a R1000 for that month. When you call the sort me out centre they say they will get accounts dept to get back to you and they never do. when you email there "not so happy" email addy they dont reply untill you've sent them 5 more email and then give you a date when your vrewards will be allocated to you. That date comes and goes and still no vrewards, after another call to the sort me out centre they tell you that you havent earned any vrewards for the month even though you have spent over a grand vcharging. Anyone else having this kind of problems?
