It would, but you would need an endpoint at the customer premises that is capable of doing an established connection from said endpoint etc. And realistically we have had very few last mile faults (as it should be with fibre) that can be resolved via basic troubleshooting. So argument is between nice to have and feasibilityI'm thinking there should be some kind of Javascript applet page thing on an ISP's support portal that a user can go to, and it performs all the necessary first line tests in a standard, controlled manner and dumps the result into the support ticket...
How cool would that be?
I know you are experiencing some arb results on your side, if you like we have a spare vuma line at the office we can fire up another one of your packages to do the same tests on to take to Vuma?
