Which time each day do Telkom reset ip addresses

Hi.

do anybody know at which time each day Telkom resets the IP adres of the routers of Telkom ADSL subscribers. I am toying with the idea of having a small server running from home.

Mine gets reset randomly. Mostly late at night though 10:30-12. Every now and again it is lunch time or morning. Not a specific time.
