why iBurst is lousy

I will just paste my emails to Iburst here, they explain everything

....

Give me the money you owe me and I will consider continuing to use
Ibursts "service".

That just unacceptable... I WAS going to wait until I moved before I changed off iBurst, but seeing such things makes me sick to even be associated with them.

Hopefully I'll have a cybersmart account by the end of the month (need to install a line to my apartment though )
