why is nokia 8800 so expensive

I have a nokia 8800, my dad just bought it for my mom but she didn't want it so I took it. I don't see what's so special about this phone, memory is tiny, camera not great. No special functions from what I can gather. Is it only expensive because it's a limited phone and has a special cover?

Its not limited theres lots around, its the build quality and the titanium cover that makes it expensive, the features are crap.

Theres a sirroco ed coming out soon, has a little more features.

Funny that it's cheaper.

I have the sirocco edition - I think. But I still don't like the phone much.
Can't wait for my upgrade - I think I'll stick to my fav: sony ericsson
