Not really sure which section this would fit into, so going to give it a shot here first.

When trying to connect to our office network using WiFi, I am getting a "You need a personal certificate to positively ident yourself etc..."

Now we (as far as I understand) don't use certificates.

Authentication is WPA. Encryption is TKIP. EAP type is PEAP.

Any ideas?

What hardware are you using??? eg. your access point and which i-mate device are you using and what ROM version do you have on the i-Mate?
for your ROM info go start - settings - system - device information.
get this info as we can get down to the bottom of your hiccup.

Ok, access points are all Cisco. Most are 1231G models, some are the 11xx models. I'm using an i-mate K-Jam, ROM version 2.16.9.1

Had this same issue before, please try to do as I did. turn off WIFI - open comm manager - tap on settings - wifi settings - menu - network cards (check if you have your WIFI router there if it is tap and hold on it then select remove settings) actually I removed all the other WIFI APs that were previously detected.

Soft resetted my device - turned on WIFI again and let it detect the WIFI - once detected it should ask you where to connect - select the internet - then tap on connect.
