Yes you can, but a lot of the users on here that complains about SA not releasing JB are not interested in rooting (else they would have had it already). You have a choice to root or not to root

Oh FFS. We all know the GS2 can handle any future update fine. Samsung can go shove their marketing dept up Apples arse.



This is a load of bull. Where's the official JB for the S2 in SA?

SA seems to be one of the last country to get updates. The latest S3 update has only rolled out last week, from what I can tell. I blame the cell networks (who has to approve the updates) and Samsung's staggered global roll-out plan.
