Windows Vista and Mpeg 4?

Hi there, My sister have a problem with viewing mpeg 4 files on her new laptop, with windows vista. I encoded video files to mpeg 4 with Nero 7, but when she wants to play it, it only gives her voice, no picture. Problem is, Im not near her, so I must tell her what to do over the phone, and I dont know vista at all. What can i tell her to do, other than to go play?

I downladed VistaCodec Package. It worked for me??

If all else fails tell her to download VLC Player. It pretty much plays any format except Real and has most codecs.
Works fine on Vista.
