Windows XP partition/formatting tool?

Hi,

Before, I break the bloody Windows PC, could someone please point me to a piece of software which can format a new harddrive (external).

You would think I could use fdisk but noooooo Windows XP doesn't have fdisk

So, anything that WORKS would be great - something you use.

any case, this is how one normally does it:

Right click on “My Computer”, the click on “manage”, then click on “disk management”, the highlight your disk, the right click and choose from either format or partition...
