World server is down

And it gets worse...

All realms are being brought down for an emergency maintenance to resolve the issue payers have been experiencing with continents being unavailable across all realms.

With all this maintenance going on ect.

I have notice that your 30 days is still just 30 days. They had a Major patch loaded a while ago and the server was off for about 20 odd hours. Why not give me that day as a credit ?
 
I have over 5 days extra since the start of TBC, so they do give extra days for long downtimes. Atleast I got some... Normal server maintanance does not fall under this though.

I see.

Why not the hours for maintanance ? Not that i'm complaining. But i'f I'm at home on a Thursday and want to play WoW... I can normally only start after about 11:00 - 13:00 and then the wife is almost home again :mad:
