To move there ? No.
Everybody has to live in lava-tubes underground, so no sight-seeing tours (yet).
Earth-linked communication would be slower than a tortoise on Valium.

Depends on how Mars would look like and the state it's in but even then I probably wouldn't live on Mars. I find colonization a bit pointless though as it will inevitably result in more wars. We explore the universe, colonize and in the future all the planets are at war.
