U need to buy the EU server game from a dealer. Subscription is +- R 100
a month depends on the R/$ rate.

And back on topic : I also play wow on a 384Kbps line and an Imaginet unshaped account and lately its been exceptionally good, I havent seen the latency above 500ms in a long time
