Er, you are running whats commonly known as a Pirate server. Don't know what you mean by promoting piracy, but you are most certainly engaging in piracy.
Personally I wouldn't bother justifying what you are doing. It is what it is. Whether it's a bad thing is another question all together. I have no problem with you doing it as long as there is no local ZA realm. If Blizzard don't think it's worth their while to properly launch in SA then they are clearly "promoting piracy". If you guys want to play on a 2nd rate server with good pings then ho ho ho and a bottle of rum to you all! I'd cheerfully keelhaul you if I thought it would help get us a realm though.

I figure it's a good idea and his doing it for no gain at all. I'll gladly roll a char on there and keep my main account running at full steam.....
BTW if you own a PC and you're viewing the gaming threat pls don't bull**** yourself by trying to convince yourself you've never played a copy of a game... We all have and so what. Is it right ? No. Will i keep using deviance files to crack games ? U bet your arse I will
