A maximum of 3 decoders one 1 subscription account, PROVIDED:
(a) One decoder is an Explora and that decoder must be the Primary decoder
(b) The other 2 decoders can either be Exploras or the HD decoder (4136) or also known as the 4U or 4S.
(c) NO older decoders can be used in the 3-decoder combination.

That means a maximum of 3 independent viewing environments.

I need advise I have a extra view decoder in reboots Al the time I wslm told it is the signal quality. I had. Installer check it and he says signal is perfect but the decoder is faulty what can I do

How do I get the extra view decoder bypass the reboot all the time
