New Apple MacBook Pro – all models, pricing
Apple unveiled its new MacBook Pro range yesterday evening, showing off lighter and more powerful 13-inch and 15-inch laptops.
Besides the decreases in weight and thickness compared to the previous range, Apple also upgraded the laptops’ display, CPUs and GPUs, and SSD drives.
A stand-out feature of the new MacBook Pro is the Touch Bar – a thin OLED screen which acts as a dynamic touch display, responsive to taps and presses.
Apple also unveiled a new MacBook Pro 13-inch which does not have the Touch Bar – a model which is set to replace the MacBook Air.
There are various versions of the new MacBook Pros for sale on Apple’s website – their specifications and pricing are detailed below.
Upgrades to bigger SSDs and more powerful graphics processors are available through a configuration menu – with a 15-inch MacBook Pro sporting a 2TB SSD and 4GB Radeon Pro 460 selling for $4,299.
