Upgrades to bigger SSDs and more powerful graphics processors are available through a configuration menu – with a 15-inch MacBook Pro sporting a 2TB SSD and 4GB Radeon Pro 460 selling for $4,299.

The models below are the base options for the range.
 
THE PRICE OMG, THE PRICE!

What I like:
  • Standardizing on Thunderbolt 3 on all ports, with charging
  • Darker colour


What could have been better:
  • maybe include one legacy USB3 port
  • Touchscreen should have been an option
  • Why not 7th Gen Intel
  • Graphics on the 15" could have been stronger, 460 as standard.


What I don't like:
  • why the gimmick of the touch bar, at the cost of dedicated buttons
  • Why no AMOLED screen at that price
  • THE PRICE OMG, THE PRICE!, its R10000 more than it should be on each model for the hardware in it.
 
Entry level $1499 model = R24778.47 that's before Core profit, say they put 20% on top of that, = R29734.
R30K for entry level aint cheap.
