Telkom landline issues
Telkom said a general switching problem in KwaZulu-Natal this morning led to landline services being interrupted, but the issue has since been resolved.
MyBroadband received multiple complaints from customers that their landline services were not working, while customers also took to Down Detector to share their issues.
A customer said they could not contact any Telkom Call Centres via their landline, while calls to VoIP providers were not working.
Others complained of not being able to make or receive any calls.
