Telkom tops complaints list
Telkom continues to top the complaints list for “companies who don’t respond” on the consumer website HelloPeter.
Over the last five days Telkom notched up 12 complaints and no compliments. Overall the company has received 1 815 complaints and a mere 222 compliments, giving it a compliment/complaint ratio of 11%.
Vodacom and MTN are doing slightly better than Telkom with 12% and 13% compliment/complaint ratios respectively.
Cell C is however faring worse than all the other large providers, and with 2 264 complaints and 247 compliments has a 10% compliment/complaint ratio. Its sister company Virgin Mobile is doing much better with a 23% ratio, one of the highest for larger providers on HelloPeter.
