For site, driven by complaints. I find the ration worthless to say the least.
People log onto Hellopeter to complain not to praise companies. So to me personaly that stats are rather worthless.
Sure the ratio by itself is worthless but in the article it is used as a comparison factor.
What i do think is hellopeter should not be mentioned or featured in
any myadsl article

What surprises me, is that Telkodemonopolies only got 12 complaints over a 5 day period - I would expect it to be hundreds of complaints, but I suppose one has to take into account the fact that some people realise there is little point in complaining about a company that chose to stop responding to complaints - not that I like the whole HP methodology bcos I believe it is severely flawed [as per my previous posts on the subject of HP].I'm not suprised Telkom is at the top of the list. Really sad, but I'm nevertheless laughing at Telkom- they should be a kind, caring company... but why the hell would they want to? Either way the make money.
