Firefox 3.5.1 released
Mozilla Corporation launched its long awaited Firefox 3.5 at the end of June, promising users performance improvements, privacy enhancements and greater customization options.
The company has now announced the availability of Firefox 3.5.1, an update release addressing several stability issues and long loading times on some Windows systems.
“As part of the Mozilla Corporation’s ongoing security and stability process, Firefox 3.5.1 is now available for Windows, Mac, and Linux users as a free download from www.firefox.com. We strongly recommend that all Firefox 3.5 users upgrade to this latest release,” the company said in its official development blog.
Current Firefox 3.5 users will receive an automated update notification within the next two days, but users can also apply the update manually by selecting “Check for Updates…” from the Help menu.
