Hetzner unveils custom hosting solution
According to Hetzner they created their CHS service as an alternative to its Managed Dedicated hosting, offering customers tailor-made high availability services coupled with a dedicated account manager and technical support team.
The service includes complete server management and server configuration flexibility as well as URL, Operating System and Hardware monitoring with unlimited emergency access to a 24x7x365 dedicated support team.

The CHS environment is built using Hetzner’s TruServ hardware coupled with the Linux Operating System. This hardware platform offers the flexibility, reliability and security needed to create any type of server environment perfectly suited to the customer’s growing, mission-critical online projects.
