Neotel NeoFlex voice

Samsung Networking, in conjunction with Neotel, today launched NeoFlex Voice, a telephone service that caters for businesses.  The new NeoFlex voice service uses Neotel’s CDMA network, the same network that the company’s NeoFlex data and NeoConnect offerings run on.

Neotel claims that their new wireless voice service will save customers around 20% on average. In terms of the audio quality on voice calls, the service is highly comparable to what Telkom is offering.

The NeoFlex Voice solution comprises of a CDMA device that connects to most PBX systems. Being a wireless service, the installation is simple and provides near immediate connectivity.  Samsung Networking will provide and maintain the terminal equipment.

“Neoflex Voice is a fixed wireless solution; therefore customers will no longer experience problems such as cable theft, copper degradation and slow implementation times. We are delighted that we have been chosen to work with Neotel to bring this unique solution to the the market as we believe it will add great value to any small business,” says Charles Ensin, MD of Samsung Networking.
