iBurst’s new pricing kicks in
iBurst’s new range of seven consolidated packages are available to new subscribers from April, bringing significant savings on some packages.
Current subscribers will however not be automatically migrated to the new packages and any subscriber wanting to change their subscription to one of the new packages will need to request this by contacting iBurst.
“This is turning into an interesting year for iBurst. We’ve entered the voice communication market with the launch of Webfone and the reduction of our iCall VoIP rates. Now we’ve streamlined our data packages and made them simpler and more intuitive for the benefit of consumers,” said Thami Mtshali, CEO of iBurst.
The inclusive monthly data allowances of the consolidated packages and their respective pricing are as follows:
10 megabytes for no monthly subscription,
40 megabytes at R49 per month,
500 megabytes at R149 per month,
1 000 megabytes at R199 per month,
3 000 megabytes at R449 per month,
5 000 megabytes at R599 per month and
10 000 megabytes at R999 per month.
