FNB online and app banking problems fixed
FNB said the connectivity problems affecting its digital banking platforms have been fixed.
This comes after clients were unable to log into FNB’s online banking portal or transact using its app.
The bank said the outage was caused by a connectivity issue that impacted access to its services.
By late morning, there was functionality on ATMs and point of sale terminals, with limited functionality available through online banking.
FNB said the connectivity problem has since been restored across all banking channels and FNB Connect.
Connectivity is now restored across all banking channels and FNB Connect. We apologise once again for the inconvenience experienced today.
