New DStv online customer system live

MultiChoice’s upgrade of its DStv customer management system is complete, and its new system is live.
“This means that our call centre is open for business. Our Service Centres and agencies will be up and running by [16 July 2015],” said MultiChoice.
The company said the new system will help it improve all aspects of its customer service experience.
“Self Service on DStv.com has been simplified and refreshed, with more functionality added; our billing and statements have also been simplified.”
MultiChoice asked subscribers for patience and understanding, and asked those who found niggles in the new system to contact them.
