SuperSport gets a new CEO
Gideon Khobane has been appointed as the new CEO of SuperSport with effect from 1 April 2016.
“Gideon is currently the Director of M-Net General Entertainment Channels, responsible for some of the most popular and exciting channels on DStv,” said MultiChoice.
“During his time at M-Net, Gideon has driven a number of very successful projects for the MultiChoice Group. He also helped to develop a number of key shows.”
MultiChoice said Khobane holds several qualifications, including a BCom in Marketing Management, and a Master of Management Degree from Wits Business School.
Brandon Foot, acting CEO of SuperSport for more than two years, will now take on the role of Chief Operating Officer.
