DStv BoxOffice available to all subscribers

The decoder-based version of BoxOffice, DStv’s movie rental service, is now available to subscribers on any of its pay-TV packages, MultiChoice said.

Subscribers with Explora decoders will also now have access to 30 movies at a time, up from 20.

To use BoxOffice, a DStv subscriber must have a decoder with personal video recording (PVR) functionality, and an active PVR service subscription.

PVR service is included in the monthly Access Fee of R85, which also lets you use DStv’s XtraView feature.
