Apple TV+ – Launch date and pricing

Apple has announced that its new video streaming service – Apple TV+ – will launch on 1 November.

The subscription service will include a selection of exclusive titles, including See – a thriller starring Jason Momoa – and The Morning Show, which boasts a blockbuster cast including Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, and Steve Carrell.

Apple TV+ will be available in over 100 countries at launch, including South Africa, and will cost $4.99 per month for a family subscription.

Users who buy an iPad, iPhone, Apple TV, or Apple Mac will receive 1 year of Apple TV+ for free.

Apple TV+ will be available via the Apple TV app, which is available on iPad, iPhone, Apple TV, Mac, smart TVs, and streaming devices.
