Daily mobile data deal prices compared
Cell C launched its new range of Daily and Nite data offerings on 24 August 2014. These data products are aimed at consumers looking for an affordable way to access the Internet.
Cell C’s three daily data bundles – 20MB for R2, 50MB for R5, and 100MB for R10 – offer an effective in-bundle rate of 10c per MB. These bundles only expire at midnight on the day of purchase.
“Many customers want a quick check of their social media or a quick post on an online service. These new bundles will allow anyone with a data enabled phone to do just that,” said Cell C CEO Jose Dos Santos.
Cell C’s new daily data bundles offer far better value than competing products from Vodacom and MTN, as shown in the table below.
