Free MTN data promotion extended
MTN announced on Monday, 1 September 2014, that it has extended its “Data Giveback” promotion, offering 55% or 100% free data on bundles.
It was originally set to expire on 31 August 2014.
The promotion is available to pre-paid, top-up, and contract subscribers on My MTNChoice, with the free data having a limited validity period ranging from 1 to 30 days.
Bundles that have a 100% Giveback include MTN’s 1GB, 2GB, and 3GB options, and feature a 30 day validity period on the bonus data.
Other bundles get 55% bonus data and feature shorter validity periods.
According to the terms and conditions on MTN’s site, the promotions for both the 55% and 100% Giveback bundles are valid until 30 November 2014.
