Cell C free test SIM launched
Cell C has launched a new campaign which gives South Africans the opportunity to “test drive” its network for free.
The mobile operator is giving out free test SIM cards, which are pre-loaded with R15 airtime which is valid for 120 days, at Cell C stores.
When this airtime runs out, users can “continue to recharge and benefit from bonus airtime on Supacharge or Megabonus”.
Cell C said that “once you’ve tried it, you will see why we are so confident in our network, and why you should move to Cell C”.
According to the company, it has the fastest growing data network and offers the best value for money.
The promotion is limited to one free SIM per person. However, multiple SIMs can be handed out to businesses or organisations.
The campaign follows Cell C’s contract buyout promotion, which offers Vodacom, MTN, and Telkom subscribers up to R10,000 to buy themselves out of their contracts.
