Afrihost Mobile network downtime
Afrihost Mobile users took to Twitter on the afternoon of 17 November to complain about a lack of service on the ISP’s network.
The company said there is “an issue” on MTN’s network – which it utilizes – and it was investigating the cause.
“We are receiving reports from clients unable to access Mobile Data services as normal. We are currently investigating the possible cause of these reports,” said Afrihost.
“We apologise to any affected clients and we would like to assure Mobile Data clients that we are addressing this matter urgently.”
