Telkom FreeMe glitch on prepaid bundle fixed
Telkom prepaid subscribers who bought the 20GB FreeMe bundle the day after it launched reported an issue with the allocation of off-network voice minutes.
The bundle comes with 1,500 anytime minutes, but a subscriber who bought it said he didn’t receive his minutes.
Shortly after reporting the issue to Telkom, the glitch was resolved and those who bought 20GB bundles received their voice allocations.
Other bundled services that come with Telkom’s FreeMe packages were allocated correctly, including free SMS messages, free calls to Telkom numbers, and free WhatsApp data for calls and messages.
