MTN hit by voice and data connectivity issues
MTN is working on restoring voice and data connectivity to customers, the company stated on 18 August.
MTN said it was experiencing voice and data connectivity issues which were affecting a number of its subscribers across the country.
“Engineers are investigating the issue. MTN apologises to affected customers for any inconvenience caused,” said MTN.
MTN did not provide details on what was causing the connectivity problems.
