Free unlimited data for Rain users
Rain has stated that all mobile users will receive free unlimited data to celebrate the Springboks winning the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
“In honour of the Springboks winning a third World Cup Final, all Rain’s mobile customers will have free unlimited Internet from 14:00 until midnight on Sunday,” Rain tweeted on Saturday afternoon.
The company added that this includes free data in peak periods.
The Springboks beat England in the World Cup final today, with Rain tweeting the announcement shortly after the match was completed.

Takealot customers will also be celebrating the win, thanks to the company’s Samsung TV promotion.
