DStv for Windows Phone

The Drifta viewer app, which works in conjunction with a DStv Drifta decoder to view TV on mobile devices, is now available for Windows Phone 7.5.

The application gives DVB-H-enabled Windows Phone 7.5 devices (such as the Nokia Lumia 710, 800 and 900) access to select DStv channels and videos.

The Drifta application allows users to watch DVB-H mobile television broadcast and requires an active Drifta mobile decoder in a DVB-H coverage area.

To get DStv on your mobile:

1. Access the Windows Phone Marketplace application, search for “Drifta”.
2. Install the free Drifta application from MultiChoice.
3. Activate your Drifta decoder and wait for the DVB-H light to go steady green.
4. Connect the phone’s Wi-Fi to the Drifta and launch the Drifta application on the phone.
