Vodacom experiencing data network problems
Vodacom is experiencing data connectivity issues which started on Saturday morning, and it appears to affect people in various regions.
“I can’t even connect to the Vodacom mobile network from my Note 2. Tried my wife’s Samsung Galaxy S3 and my daughter’s HTC Desire HD and same thing; turn on mobile data – nothing – mobile network icon doesn’t even show,” said one user residing in Centurion.
“What’s going on with the network this morning? No data network,” said another user from Potchefstroom.
Other Vodacom subscribers in Gauteng and other regions reported the same problem, which seems to have started early on Saturday morning.
Vodacom said that it is aware of some data connectivity issues, but details remain sketchy at this time.
