Handle robot – Watch it pack boxes in a warehouse
Boston Dynamics’ robots have previously shown remarkable abilities such as jumping, running, and walking up stairs.
Now, the company has developed a new ability that allows its Handle robot to pack boxes in a warehouse.
According to Boston Dynamics, Handle easily controlled boxes which weighed about 5kg in a test, shown below.
The robot can handle boxes up to 15kg, it added.
While the abilities of its robots which Boston Dynamics previously showed off were impressive, the ability to pack boxes has significant practical benefits.
