Alienware Alpha “Steam Machine” gets SA pricing
An array of Steam Machines – small gaming PCs that run SteamOS – are scheduled to hit the market in November 2015.
Among the bevy of living-room consoles is the Alienware Alpha from Dell, which is one of the more aesthetically pleasing devices on offer.
For those who don’t want to wait until November for the fully-fledged Steam version of the Alpha, a Windows 8.1-based option is now available in SA.
One of the suppliers selling the three variations of the Alpha is Dion Wired.
All models of the Alpha come with 8GB DDR3L 1600MHz RAM, a 2TB HDD, custom Nvidia GeForce GTX 2GB GPU, and a wireless Xbox 360 controller.
