Microsoft has unveiled the hardware specifications of its upcoming Xbox One console, codenamed Project Scorpio.
The next-generation console aims to provide gamers with native 4K gaming performance and has been seen running Forza Motorsport at a native 4K resolution with a framerate of 60fps, reported Eurogamer.
Project Scorpio’s hardware consists of a custom FinFET SoC manufactured by TSMC, which includes an eight-core CPU cluster and 40 AMD Radeon compute units.
The upcoming console will support 4K HDR displays.
