Facebook down
Facebook experienced downtime on Wednesday 3 September 2014. The outage started at around 21:40, and was still down by the time of publication.
Many Facebook members took to Twitter and other social media platforms to complain about the downtime.
Many Twitter users reported that Facebook Messenger was also affected by the downtime.
This outage follows a similar event on 19 June 2014 when the popular social network went down for a short period of time.
