Re-used SpaceX Dragon capsule completes second flight
SpaceX’s re-used Dragon capsule has returned to earth, following a resupply mission to the ISS, reported TechCrunch.
This makes SpaceX the first entity to re-fly a commercial spacecraft to the ISS and back.
The capsule conducted its first flight in September 2014 and was refurbished before its second launch in June 2017.
The Dragon capsule took supplies to the ISS, astronauts unloaded them, and it returned to earth – landing in the Pacific Ocean.
