Windows 10 Enterprise subscription licence prices revealed

Microsoft has announced that businesses will soon be able to license the enterprise edition of Windows 10 as a monthly subscription service.

Windows 10 Enterprise E3 in the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) channel will cost $7 a seat per month, and will be available in the coming months.

The service will offer businesses enterprise-grade security and management capabilities, said Microsoft.

It said its CSP partners can now offer their business customers a full Microsoft IT stack, including Windows 10, Office 365, Dynamics Azure, and CRM that can scale up or down.

Simplified licensing and deployment, and partner-managed IT were also promised features.

“Windows 10 Enterprise will still be available through our regular licensing programs and is part of our Secure Productive Enterprise E3 and E5 suites launching later this year.”
