Windows 7 and 10 completely dominate

The latest figures from NetMarketShare show that Windows 7 and Windows 10 completely dominate the desktop operating scene.

The statistics for March 2017 reveal that Windows 7 and 10 had a combined market share of just under 75%.

Windows XP is still hanging in there, placing third on 7.44%. This is despite the OS reaching end of support over three years ago.

Total operating system numbers placed Windows first, at 91.59% market share, with Mac second (6.27%) and Linux third (2.14%).
